Short version: On the free plan we collect nothing — all blur data stays on your device in chrome.storage.local. On the Pro plan we store your email address and blur configurations in Supabase to enable cloud sync. We never collect page content, screenshots, or browsing history.
QuickBlur ("we", "our", "us") is a Chrome browser extension that lets you blur sensitive content on any webpage. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.
Free plan data is stored exclusively in chrome.storage.local on your device, encrypted by Chrome's storage layer. We have no access to it.
Pro plan data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS in the US East region). All data is protected by Row Level Security — only your authenticated account can read or write your data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your Supabase session token is stored in chrome.storage.local on your device and is never sent to any server other than Supabase's authentication API.

QuickBlur is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
QuickBlur is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google's collection and use of data in connection with the Chrome Web Store is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. QuickBlur requests the following Chrome permissions and uses them solely as described:

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify Pro users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of QuickBlur after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
