By installing or using QuickBlur ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
QuickBlur is a Chrome browser extension that applies visual blur effects to content on webpages. Blurring is performed locally in your browser using CSS filters. The Extension does not transmit page content to any server.
You agree not to use QuickBlur to:
QuickBlur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Visual blurring using CSS filters does not prevent access to underlying DOM data by someone with browser developer tools. QuickBlur is a visual privacy tool for screen sharing and screenshots — it is not a data security or access control tool.
We do not guarantee that the Extension will work on all websites, particularly those with strict Content Security Policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBlur and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
QuickBlur and its source code are owned by the creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. On termination, your right to use Pro features ceases and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will notify Pro users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
